Anthrocon 2025

At Night Owl Misfits, every item we crochet is completely handmade from scratch with absolutely no outsource manufacturing, and we pour our hearts into every single stitch! We believe in quality workmanship and at times we work and re-work our patterns as many times as necessary until we get it just right. We love to work with a variety of yarns, and to be as eco-friendly as possible, we use a combination of recycled polyfil and yarn scraps to fill our plushies. Our goal is for all of our creations to be loved and cherished for years.

We are proud to feature LGBTQIA+ plushies and accoutrements. We
have a lot of different colors of the rainbow in our home, so for us, representation is vital. Our customers are overjoyed when they see their flag’s colours represented on our bees and octopuffs, and that makes us incredibly happy.

We also make fidget frogs! Whether you have ADHD, need something to do with your hands, or are just playful at heart, these frogs are delightful! New to our fidgety line-up are our bendable gummy worms and our poppin’ peppers!

We do take commissions and custom orders. If you are going to be at any convention we are attending, we can discuss your order and colour selections at our table. Time permitting and material availability, we can have your order ready by the end of the event; or if we are super busy, we can finish up after the convention and mail your item to you. If you contact us ahead of time, we can have your order ready for you to pick up at our table. Not going to a convention? That’s okay. Just email us and we can collaborate with you on your project and arrange the details of your purchase online.

Note: All of our items were made in an animal-friendly and smoke-free home and were supervised by our three canine pibble potatoes - Athena, Kahlua, Loki, and our dog-shaped, monkey-pawed, bat-eared velcro beastie, Badger.

We are ecstatic that we have been accepted to Anthrocon again for 2026! You will be able to find us in the Dealer’s Den (table number TBD). We look forward to seeing you there!
